After my disasterous attempts to start the car yesterday..
And further trouble today..
..We have decided the mission to Aviemore will stretch us a little far this Christmas. It’s not just the conditions or the cars adverse dispositions to the cold. It’s the 60 hour turnaround which we have to work with, if we are not back in time there will be hell to pay..
The thing is also that if we are having this sort of trouble in london, imagine what will happen in Scotland “worse road conditions in 20 years” a zillion miles from help. (Cut to me running through snowy plains with Flamethrower being chased by David Bowie and The Snowman (TM).
I’m still very excited about this project and I really hope we can re-group in the new year to bring it to fruition. @danlight is still heading up to scotland anyway to ‘get a feel for things’ so we shall see. I have a feeling that no matter what happens, the end of 2009 has set the scene for some very interesting collaborations in 2010..
I mean you can see the potential already…
