Surround yourself with positive people who encourage you to do things? Nah, sorry – wrong country, mate.
    Happy NooYear!
My new decade resolution is to invent a hoverboard. I figure I’ve got five years to perfect it. I mean, it’s a piece of plastic that floats. How hard can it be?

  2. Anthony says:

And a Happy New Year to you too, Sir Crime. I look forward to 2010 being the year when we all encourage and enable each other to do even more magnificent and wonderful things. We are going back…to the future!

Hey Benny. I get the omenic feeling that we are destined to create something together. Maybe a golem. Maybe a mind soldier. Whatever it is, it will be very creepy and will rock, like the Cramps. I am giving myself a cramp thinking about it.

See you in 2010, at the Coach and we will swap meme and handshake.

@Rupert Positive collaborative Project No. 1 Build a hoverboard: We find a physicist to build it for us and help him by saying positive things to him until he finishes it. “OO don’t you look nice today etc” Thats how Doc Emmett Brown worked… or did he just smack his head on the toilet.. :)

@Anthony Looking forward to meeting up for a coffee and a natter … in the future … plus LOST to discuss..

@buddhamagnet Your right..2010 is the year dude, lets do it!

Thank you for imparting your wise words upon us Mr Crime. I’d like to second your thinking (although failing to put it into practice on numerous occasions)… that if you feel you have a good idea then just go ahead with it. So many times I’ve lost faith in things and dropped them by the wayside… due to not so much the overt nay sayers, just eye-rollers and ‘mmmmm I’m not sure’-ers.

and re the hoverboard, can I provide my input on the project which is that it should be pink, definitely pink. Also I think to simplify work on a first prototype you should focus on hovering over solid matter- perhaps leave water etc for latter development cycles.
